Bodymotion Bootcamp

COMING IN SEPTEMBER!  CHAMPIONS AREA BOOTCAMP!  MEYER PARK- MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY AT 6AM. 

Each Bodymotion Bootcamp Fitness session lasts for 45 minutes, and is available up to 3 days a week.  Each day is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to:

  • tone and strengthen the body
  • increase cardiovascular fitness
  • leave the mind and body feeling refreshed and invigorated
  • Burn 500-700 calories per workout

During a session with Bodymotion Bootcamp one can expect to engage in a combination of:

  • calisthenics/plyometrics (exercises performed without weights or equipment)
  • timed challenges
  • jump roping
  • core strengthening
  • obstacle courses
  • sports drills
  • cardio training (running, sprinting, hill and stair climbing)
  • agility (balance and coordination)
  • partner drills
  • yoga
  • stretching

Motivation and structure designed for athletes AND beginners alike
(For most fitness levels, must be able to briskly walk one mile)

Participants need to bring their own mats and water. 
 
**Classes must have a minimum of 10 students to make, payment must be received in advance via paypal**
**Walk-ins are accepted . CASH or Check only onsite walk-in.  Paypal or ONLINE Credit Card payment requires 5% fee**
*Sessions are based on a "class pass" with no contracts.  Sessions may NOT be carried over unless written permission is given by staff.  12 Class passes expire 6 weeks from signup*
